Beechwood's Support Shines at the UK&I Tree Climbing Championship 2024

We are thrilled to share the wonderful feedback received following our support of the UK&I Tree Climbing Championship (TCC) this year.

The event was a huge success, and we are grateful to have been part of it. The climbers and volunteers have praised the competition, noting it as one of the most successful in recent memory.

Highlights of the Event:

1. Perfect Weather:
The weather was on our side, providing the ideal conditions for the competition.

2. Public Engagement:
Hosting the event in a public park allowed for fantastic public engagement. The crowd's interest was evident as they asked questions, read the information boards, and watched the climbers in action.

3. Prestigious Attendance:
We were honored to have the Chair and CEO of the Arb Association, as well as the CEO of the ISA, Caitlyn Pollihan, attend the event and watch the Master’s competition.

4. Media Coverage:
BBC West Midlands recorded the event, and it was featured in the evening broadcast and on their website, giving it wonderful exposure.

5. Inspirational Competitors:
A standout moment was seeing a 17-year-old female competitor come third in one of the preliminary events. The support and advice she received from other climbers highlighted the true sense of community within our sport.

Thank you again for everyones support and dedication.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration and making future events just as successful.
