Emergency Response

Emergency situations can be challenging, but our team works closely with other emergency responders to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently. Our coordinated approach allows us to secure the area swiftly while prioritising safety, ensuring our teams are not exposed to unnecessary risks, especially during extreme weather conditions.

  • Emergency Response Time

    This enables us to respond quickly in our fully equipped emergency call out response vehicles and liaise with the emergency services and Highways Agency as necessary.

  • Specialised Equipment

    We have a wide range of specialised equipment, allowing us to deploy tools like a grab wagon or MEWP to safely lift fallen limbs or trees off the ground, or cut them back from the carriageway.

  • Traffic Management

    We deal with traffic management at the incident by setting out signs and cones in order to provide road users and pedestrians with much warning of the hazard as possible.
