Först into petrol!

Having always opted for bigger diesel machines, the transition to a sub 750kg petrol woodchipper was never really attractive…

That was until we had a demo of the Först ST6P woodchipper and were pleasantly surprised by its performance, so we ordered 7 of them!

All our new machines were custom designed and printed with company graphics and individually numbered to assist with servicing identification.

These machines really stand out from the crowd and assist in our crisp clean branding

We were also nervous about moving over to petrol machines as we had never stored petrol in bulk before. We were aware that a process had to be followed to make sure that our containment was to the regulations and we had gained the correct certifications for it.

Although this process was a little more involved than we had originally anticipated, Först were very supportive of the whole process, even funding some of the aspects to ease the costs.

When asked to describe the sales process with Först, our MD, Simon Rotheram responded:
