About the Contract
The Guinness Partnership, which provides homes and housing services to nearly 70,000 homes, sought to procure a provider capable of delivering a range of high-quality arboricultural services.
The work includes a variety of tree management tasks vital for creating safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing environments for its residents.
As part of the tender requirements, The Guinness Partnership outlined the scope of activities, expected outcomes, and the frequency of services needed to ensure their estates remain vibrant and well-maintained. The majority of the work will involve:
Crown Reduction
Crown Thinning and Cleaning
Tree Felling
Stump Removal
As part of the contract with The Guinness Partnership, Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd will also undertake comprehensive tree inspections as requested across Guinness’s estates.
These inspections are vital for identifying potential risks, ensuring the health and stability of trees, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Our team of qualified arborists will use experience, qualifications and expertise to assess tree health, monitor for signs of disease or structural issues, and recommend appropriate management strategies.
