New Starters

Its the start of a new month, and the introduction of 2 new members of staff here at Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd.

We are pleased to welcome to the team, Josh Bailey (Arborist) and Jake Palmer (Trainee Arborist).

It was a busy start for the boys, they were inducted by Simon Nothard our contract manager, followed by a depot tour. Both guys were issued with their PPE and branded uniform, along with full climbing kit holding the latest equipment (Including 2 ropes!!)

They were then introduced to their team leaders and ready for a busy day on site, undertaking Arboricultural operations on our contract across the Midlands.

We know that the first day in a new role can be a daunting prospect, so hope these new guys settle in well to our teams, they certainly received a friendly welcome from everyone this morning.

There’s a real team atmosphere here at Beechwood, we are lucky to have a fantastic bunch of guys that look out for each other, not only at work, but they socialise together as well, which I feel is a great testament to the culture here.

Said Simon Rotheram, Managing Director.

It is our aim to have the most motivated, and expert tree surgeons in the industry, to help achieve and maintain this all staff receive a training plan with continued professional development, so we are looking forward to seeing these guys developing their skills and career progression with us.

There are still positions available within the company for climbers and ground staff, so please get in touch if you would like to discuss a role for you?
