Our charity work

We love an opportunity to give back to the community, especially if it involves a transformation and a great cause!

Following an initial contact via email with a request for help, our MD Simon Rotheram went out to take a look at the challenge .

He met with Kerry Harvey from Starfish who are currently developing a Sanctuary Garden with community members at Henley Mill Allotments and needed some advice on how to clear the space to start with a blank canvas.

This is right up our street and Simon instantly agreed to send our flailing machine to clear the site, ready for the volunteers to get creative!

Jez and Ken went out and and mage a huge impact on the area, while being supplied with tea and coffee…

Please can you send my sincere thanks to Ken and Jez for their hard work yesterday clearing the space ready for us to start developing our Sanctuary Garden, they were so friendly and kind and the plot is now ready to rotavate and start to create pathways, place raised beds, a greenhouse, composter and hopefully at some point a bee hive - participants will be really excited to arrive this afternoon to see the transformation!
